Advance notice to potential stallholders about our annual craft fair. 

This is a very popular event, so please send in your booking form sooner rather than later.

Stalls cost £17 and £25 depending on table size.

NB This is a craft fair, not a gift fair – please see the conditions listed on the form.

Helpers Required
ASA often requires volunteer helpers. If you can help at school events please email asa@ashlyns.herts.sch.uk

Can you help us? 
We are urgently seeking help with some key admin roles (non-Committee posts, do them when it suits you): supermarket vouchers scheme, prize draw club, advertiser bookings, craft fair organiser

About Us

The ASA is an enthusiastic group of parents, school staff & teachers who support the school through fundraising.

In 2008/2009 over £13,000 was raised last year to enhance our children's time at Ashlyns school.

In 2007/2008 we worked together to raise £18,600

In 2006/2007 we worked together to raise £27,000

2005/2006 we worked together to raise £20,000.

2004/2005 we worked together to raise £14,000.

The ASA helped provide additional equipment, services and events through its fundraising efforts.

Did you know that as a parent/guardian of a child attending Ashlyns School you are automatically a member of the ASA? As are, all the Ashlyns school staff.

The ASA is run by a Committee made up of an enthusiastic group of parents & staff to support the school through fundraising and running social events. The emphasis is on raising funds, fostering school community spirit and FUN.

Every student benefits from the support you give to the ASA.
